A quick crack at David Lynch. Absolutely gutted that he's gone. Few artists have influenced me as much as him. Scarfolk, for example, couldn't have happened without his unique genius for revealing the dark, sometimes absurd, underbelly of small-town life. His final Twin Peaks season is some of the finest TV ever broadcast.
